Nurse prescribers' formulary for community practitioners 2009-2011

This site provides access to the download of the Nurse Prescribers' Formulary for Community Practitioners which was published in 2009 by the British Medical Association and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain in association with the Community Practitioners' and Health Visitors' Association and the Royal College of Nursing. The formulary is for use by District Nurses and Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (including Health Visitors) who have received nurse prescriber training. Issued every two years, it is designed for use with the British National Formulary (BNF).
