A sustainable future : voices on a vision

This document was published in 2009 and is a companion document to `A Sustainable Future', the Royal College of Nursing's (RCN) vision for community nursing in Scotland. This document summarises the findings of a four-month consultation undertaken by RCN Scotland into the future direction of community nursing in Scotland. The aim was to capture the voices of RCN members on their current experience and future vision for community-based nursing services in Scotland to help inform the RCN's position on this topic. This paper provides an overview of the findings and emerging themes from the consultation exercise.
